Seeking an internship?  The TAMUCC Department of Communication & Media and Career Services is hosting a free Q&A session with Lauren Berger, CEO of Intern Queen on Tuesday, April 24, 12:30-1:30PM, in CCH 118.  Students will have the opportunity to ask Ms. Berger questions related to careers/internships in all fields of study. Refreshments and snacks will be served.



Lauren Berger is the CEO & Founder of InternQueen.com, a FREE internship destination for young people attracting hundreds of thousands of ambitious young people every month. She is arguably the nation's most in demand career and internship expert and speaks to thousands of high school students, college students, and recent grads every year, motivating and inspiring them. Berger is known as "The Intern Queen" as she successfully completed 15 internships at high-profile companies like Fox, MTV, and NBC during her four years in college, which led to the successful launch of her own business in 2009. Her first book, All Work, No Pay: Finding an Internship, Building Your Resume, Making Connections, and Gaining Job Experience, is a national best-seller and her second book, Welcome To The Real World, came out on April 2014.
