GeoCorps<http://GSOA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT01NTk1MjkzJnA9MSZ1PTEwNTcxNTQxMzkmbGk9MzUyOTM0MTk/index.html> offers assignments in partnership with government agencies and other organizations committed to science and stewardship including the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The next season runs from September 2016 through May 2017. All levels of geoscientists—students, educators, professionals, retirees, and others—are encouraged to apply. Deadline is 1 July.

The NPS GIP Program<http://GSOA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT01NTk1MjkzJnA9MSZ1PTEwNTcxNTQxMzkmbGk9MzUyOTM0MjI/index.html> places college students and early career professionals (18 - 35 years old) in National Park Service units for three months to one year to assist with geology and integrated science projects. Deadline is 1 July.
