[geolstu-list] CCGS field camp scholarships!

All,

As you know, the Corpus Christi Geological Society gives out 
scholarships that can be used for a variety of purposes--for field camp, 
for classes, for books, for basically whatever geology-related.  But 
they have decided to do it a bit different this spring because of some 
internal constraints (probably mostly financial), and they want to limit 
the pool to just students who are going to field camp.

Please find attached the application documents.  Do look at this ahead 
of time because you will have to provide a transcript copy, write a 
short essay, and also request a letter of recommendation. But to be 
honest, there is a real low bar to entry on this, and it is probably the 
easiest scholarship application you will ever fill out!

Let's make our best effort at this as a program--if you are going to 
field camp this summer, give this a shot!
