Travel Awards to Diverse Students to Attend GSA Annual Meeting
The On To the Future Program<http://GSOA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT00Nzc4Mjc1JnA9MSZ1PTEwNTcxNTQxMzkmbGk9MjkwMjg3NTI/index.html> is now accepting applications for students underrepresented in the geosciences to apply for partial travel awards to attend their first GSA Annual Meeting this year in Baltimore, MD, 1-4 November 2015. OTF is open to all students underrepresented in the geosciences including undergraduate and graduate students from two and four year colleges, and recent college graduates. GSA encourages low income, minority, first generation, non-traditional, veterans and students with disabilities to apply. Deadline to apply is Friday, May 29.

ExxonMobil Minority Student Scholarship Program
ExxonMobil, in partnership with GSA, has funded a scholarship program to encourage minority undergraduate GSA student members to continue their geosciences studies. One nominated student in each of the six GSA Sections will receive a $1,500 scholarship, and complimentary 2016 GSA student membership and meeting registration for this year's GSA Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD from 1-4 November 2015. GeoCorps America Fall/Winter 2015-2016 Opportunities

Through GeoCorps America, GSA places volunteer geoscientists from all walks of life in temporary, short-term projects with the Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Forest Service, and the National Park Service Geoscientists-in-the-Parks program. American Geosciences Institute Student Exit Survey


Graduating? Please contribute to AGI's research study looking at immediate career plans for students graduating with a geoscience degree, as well as the students' education, research, and internship experiences leading up to graduation. This voluntary survey will provide a regional and national understanding of the recent geoscience graduate.
