All, just a heads up about this month's CCGS/CBGS luncheon to be held 
next Wednesday with a talk focused on the Eagle Ford Shale. This is a 
great way to hear about some applied science, but with a very local 
impact.  It's also a great way to meet folks who work in the oil/gas 
business downtown especially if you have been thinking about a potential 
internship (or employment!) with them.  As usual, lunch is free if you 
are a student, you simply need to RSVP to Allison Corcoran as per below 
for an accurate headcount.  Hope to see you there!

The Corpus Christi Geological Society and Coastal Bend Geophysical 
Society *November Luncheon* will be held *Wednesday*, *November 19,
