Dear Colleague,



The 2013 GCAGS Convention will be convened at the Marriott Hotel in New Orleans October 6-8, with pre-convention short courses and field trips beginning on October 5.  The convention includes an extensive technical program covering a broad range of Gulf Coast topics, short courses and field trips (some of which are specifically geared to students and faculty), and many opportunities for networking.



We offer a special registration fee to facilitate student participation, and students who volunteer for a half day will have their registration fee refunded.  We also have significantly discounted short course fees for students and gift certificates.



The pre-registration deadline is September 15, and the deadline for discounted room rates at the Marriott is September 13.  For more information, please visit the GCAGS2013 website:
