     The next round of scholarships awarded by the Corpus Christi 
Geological Society is coming up, and the guidelines and application form 
are attached (see details below).  This is a very simple application in 
the big scheme of things so it is really worth the effort.  Let's have 
TAMUCC make a great showing this round!

     If you have not gotten on the CCGS mailing list yet, think about 
doing this for reminders about the monthly luncheon talks (free for 
students) and other activities.  You can find info about the CCGS at
