Tesla just announced its first cohort for the Engineering Development Program to start in Spring 2024. Seniors/Master’s/Graduates in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science with programming experience are eligible to apply.

Tesla is rolling out its first iteration of an Engineering Development Program for graduates/seniors, specifically designed for Controls Engineering. The ideal candidate has a foundation in Controls, which may stem from an Electrical/Mechanical-hybrid curriculum or experiences. Computer Science students with programming experience in C++, Python, SQL or similar languages are encouraged to apply.

The accelerated program blends in academic components with the role with the intention to hire program participants full-time following completion in 6 months.

The program will begin the 2nd week of January. There will be 8-12 students hired in total across departments at Giga Texas for the first cohort.

There is no hard deadline. If you are interested, we highly recommend that you apply ASAP since the position will be closed as soon as all openings are filled.
