Dear Dr. Sekharan,

My name is Chau Hoang and I am Associate Director of Employer Relations of the Career & Professional Development Center. We are holding a STEM Career Fair next Tuesday, October 4th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at UC Anchor Ballroom. It is a great recruiting event for STEM jobs and a great networking event for underclassmen to hone their communication skills and make connections that can lead to possible internships in the future. I am reaching out to see you can share this recruiting event with your students and faculty. A couple of these employers are going to hold pre-and post-career fair information sessions as well as on-site interviews and I highlighted them in my spreadsheet for your convenience.

Attached is the list of participating employers as of today. We continue adding new employers this week. If students need assistance with their resume or need to borrow professional dress items, they are welcome to make an appointment with our career counselors by visiting our office at UC #304.
