Hi, CS MS students,

  If you are trying to register the classes in Summer, Fall, or Spring, please contact our Academic Advisor Mr. Samuel Ramos (Samuel.Ramos at tamucc.edu<mailto:Samuel.Ramos at tamucc.edu>). I am not in charge of class registration. The basic principles in class registration are as follows:


  1.  If you have all the pre-reqs and the class is not full, you should be fine to register the class.
  2.  Never take more than four classes in Spring and Fall semesters. If you have a TA/RA/GA position, you can take up to 9 credit hours, which is equivalent to three classes. This is the University Rule.
  3.  Never take more that two classes in Summer semesters. Because the summer classes are quite intensive and you want to keep up with good GPA.
  4.  Don't take the three core classes in the same semester because the core classes usually have higher course load.
