1)     Degree Plan filing-If you have not yet declared Thesis, Project or Course Only Option (Fall 2017 catalog), please schedule an appointment to discuss. 361-825-3928. Office hours are M-F 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or stop by CI 350 D to schedule. You may verify if you have an official degree plan filed by logging on your online degree plan. If the concentration is blank, it has not yet been declared.



2)     Graduation Application Deadline---Registrar's Office has revised the application deadline for this fall.  October 6th, (regular deadline fee $40); October 27th (late fee deadline $55). This is application is via your SAIL account under Student Records. Please schedule an appointment if you need to discuss graduation clearance items needed and more deadlines.



3)     Census Date---Today, September 20th, 2017 is the last day to drop a class (and still keep course) with a 100% refund.  Keep in mind that if you are a TA/RA/GA, full time enrollment (9 hrs) is required. There may be other reasons where you may be required Full time status.



4)     Withdrawal deadlines related to tuition and fee refunds are located on the following site: http://businessoffice.tamucc.edu/important_dates/imp_dates_refund.html
