I have received an email that most of the students are selecting that they've taken both General and University Physics (snip below). Please make sure that you are checking the correct ones. If you are selecting both you need to resubmit your applications with what you have taken at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Please make sure you mark all courses you have taken when completing the application. TA assignments are not necessarily in the department your major is in, and if you do not mark all experience, then you may be overlooked and not considered for assignment.

If you do not mark any experience, then your application will be considered incomplete and will not be forwarded for consideration.

Good morning,

The TA Application for Spring 2017 is now open. If you do not currently hold a TA appointment, then you will need to submit an application to be considered for a spring appointment. Current RA's needing a spring TA appointment and students who submitted an application in the fall but didn't receive an assignment, will have to submit a new application for Spring. Students currently TA'ing do not submit an application. We will begin assigning and sending out letters in November.

This is for Spring 2017 appointment only. A new application for the next academic year will be made available in January.

To help the efficiency of communication regarding appointments, answering questions, and making sure all parties involved are receiving information, we created this new group email - SEGradAppointments at tamucc.edu<mailto:SEGradAppointments at tamucc.edu>. All future communications and requests for appointment information will come from this email, and you will only have to send information to one email instead of multiple addresses (as has been done previously). This will also allow for more efficient follow-up should someone be out of the office.
