For those who have not submitted their tuition waiver yet, you must submit the tuition waiver by January 9th. If you do not, then CGS will not have enough time process and apply the waiver before tuition. You will have to pay full tuition and receive reimbursement later.

Good morning,


You may disregard this message if you are a TX resident, graduating this Fall, or will not hold a TA/RA appointment in the Spring.





For all out-of-state students continuing in either a TA or RA appointment, then you will need to renew your in-state tuition waiver by going to https://gradschool.tamucc.edu/forms/TA_RA_waiver_request.php. Do not submit until you have registered for 9 hours as CGS will not accept it.



If you are switching between TA or RA appointments (i.e. TA'ed in fall, will RA in spring), when you get to the below check-box, check it. You will still be employed by the College of Science & Engineering (or Harte) and will still be a Graduate Assistant.
