[Gradschool] Your Meeting Time Vote Counts!

Hello,

 

I hope this fall semester is going great for you!

 

Just a reminder that there will be a GSA meeting this Thursday, Sept 14
at Noon in Tejas 106 C at the University Center.

 

Meeting Times: I have received a lot of e-mails about meeting times not
being good and if they will change.  This first meeting this fall will
just help us kick off GSA for another year of great things.  During this
time we will propose a number of meeting times that will work with the
majority.  

 

Your Vote Counts: If you are genuinely interested in participating in
GSA by attending our once a month meetings, please let me know (via
e-mail: liza.wisner at tamucc.edu ) what meeting time works best for you.
During our meeting this Thursday, we will include your choice as we vote
for a new meeting time. Keep in mind that the meetings are only once a
month and not every week.

 

GSA Shirts: If you cannot make the meeting this Thursday, and would like
to pick up you GSA shirt, please feel free to come and see me at NRC
2011....or you can call me and arrange a different location for
delivery/pickup.  

 

Agenda: I have also received some very interesting topics for us to
discuss during our meeting. Please keep those coming.
