<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The SIPES Foundation has awarded scholarships to more than 207 outstanding earth science and engineering students since it was founded in 1981.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Applications are accepted each year from upper-division or graduate students majoring in any earth science, geophysics, or petroleum engineering; who have an overall grade point
average of 3.5 or higher and are U.S. Citizens.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
