<p style="margin: 0pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size: 12pt;"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Gulf Coast Gem & Mineral Society will provide $1,000 in scholarship funds for a junior, senior, or graduate student
who has been accepted to Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi or Texas A&M University-Kingsville, is enrolled in Earth Sciences, and maintains a 2.75 or above GPA. This group includes Del Mar College students who have been accepted to either of the above schools.
The application and rules are attached and are also available on our website <a id="LPlnk361570" style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.gcgms.org/" previewremoved="true">
www.gcgms.org</a>. This is an ongoing program. The student who receives the scholarship this year can apply the following year. Applications must be received by July 31, 2017.</span></p>

donations to science museums and have conducted our annual gem and mineral show for over 50 years. We are providing this scholarship to students who are interested in furthering their education in Earth Sciences and helping others with the knowledge they
gain from their studies.</span></font></p>
