Dear Dr. Katangur,

The Computing Research Association would like to encourage graduate students from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi to participate in a skill-building and mentoring workshop specifically for women in computing. All travel expenses are reimbursed for this
workshop.

The upcoming
CRA-Women Graduate Student Cohort (Grad Cohort) will be held April 7-8, 2017 in Washington, D.C. The workshop aims to increase the ranks of senior women in computing-related studies and research by building and mentoring nationwide communities of women
through their graduate studies. Female students in their first, second, or third year of graduate school in computing fields are eligible to apply. The application is available

here and closes November 30.

Please urge your female graduate students to apply today. We would love to see Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi represented at Grad Cohort.

Thank you,
